What is Rotary?
Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbours, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

There are over 35,000 Rotary clubs in over 200 countries and geographical areas. The Rotary Club of Brandon is one of two clubs in Brandon, Manitoba, the other being Brandon Sunset. Our Club was chartered in 1921 and has around 40 members who meet regularly at a Tuesday lunch time meeting. We use our passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects in our community. We are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

The Rotary 4-Way Test:

Of the things we think, say or do:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?”

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and non-sectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use for their personal and professional relationships. The test has been translated into more than 100 languages, and Rotarians recite it at club meetings.
